Categories of Information Held
Including but not limited to: company records; candidate records (CVs, qualifications, references, interview notes); client records (job specs, contracts, contact details); employee/contractor records; communications (email, website enquiries, call/WhatsApp notes); financial/admin records; and other categories reasonably necessary to operate our recruitment services.
Purpose of Processing
To provide recruitment services (sourcing, screening, matching, introductions), communicate with candidates/clients/service providers, manage contracts and operations, and comply with legal/regulatory obligations.
Sharing
We may share personal information with prospective employers/clients, trusted service providers (including secure cloud and AI tools under confidentiality safeguards), and authorities where required by law. Cross-border transfers (where applicable) are subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your Rights (POPIA)
